These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Betsson ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://betsson.buzz ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Betsson Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of Betsson or any of its affiliated service providers, without prior written consent from the Company.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, terminated, or closed by Betsson due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or playing under the influence of circumstances that would impair your legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4.1 Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the email address, device, or IP address used.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Betsson will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

4.4 You must notify Betsson immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat or at the email address provided in Section 18.

4.5 Betsson reserves the right to decline a registration application or close a registered account at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reason to suspect that the eligibility criteria in Section 3 have not been met.

5.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, Betsson is required to verify the identity of the account holder. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.2 KYC verification requires you to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid passport (photo page).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A recent photograph of yourself holding your identity document, taken in good lighting.

5.3 KYC verification is a one-time process. Once approved, it will not be required again unless there are material changes to your account information or Betsson's compliance obligations require re-verification.

5.4 Betsson may request additional documentation at any time where this is necessary to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

5.5 Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is successfully completed. Betsson targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for KYC approvals during standard business hours, though this may vary.

6.1 All deposits on the Betsson Platform are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 10, unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.

6.2 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks

6.3 Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after this period, you should contact our support team with your payment reference number.

6.4 Betsson does not accept deposits from credit cards. All deposit methods must be in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

6.5 Betsson does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of funds held in your Real Money Balance. Bonus balances are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5 to 15 minutes following approval.
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically 15 to 60 minutes following approval.

7.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your KYC verification has been successfully completed (Section 5).
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances have been met (Section 8).
• The withdrawal does not exceed the applicable single-transaction limit for the chosen method.
• Your account is in good standing with no pending security reviews or dispute flags.

7.5 Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Betsson reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal amounts above RM 5,000 in a single transaction.

7.6 Betsson does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or public holiday processing schedules.

8.1 Betsson offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

8.2 The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10×, 15×, 20×). The full wagering amount must be completed before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or stake is MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the offer terms. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). The specific contribution table will be available within the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the offer (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a cap on the total withdrawal amount attributable to bonus play. This cap will be clearly stated in the offer terms where applicable.

8.3 Betsson reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has already claimed the bonus, Betsson will honour the bonus subject to any applicable terms that were in place at the time of claim.

8.4 Users who are found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, hedging, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonuses voided and may have their account suspended without prior notice.

9.1 All bets placed on the Betsson Platform are final once confirmed. Betsson does not accept requests to void, cancel, or reverse confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable game or sport rules, or where a technical error has demonstrably affected the integrity of the bet.

9.2 Betsson reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Corrupt, illegal, or irregular activity affecting the underlying event;
• A technical malfunction, data feed error, or odds pricing error;
• A violation of these Terms by the User placing the bet.

9.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within the respective game or betting interface. Betsson reserves the right to adjust individual account limits at its sole discretion.

9.4 Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or declined during critical match moments (e.g., VAR review, penalty shootout). The Platform's decision on the acceptance and settlement of live bets is final.

9.5 In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the Company's records shall be considered the definitive source of truth. Users may raise disputes via the support channel within 7 days of the relevant settlement date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betsson Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or gain an unfair advantage;
• Registering or using more than one account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Sharing account access credentials with any other person;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with illegal activity;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage or to generate credits fraudulently;
• Making deposits using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Colluding with other players in any game that involves competitive play;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or support interactions;
• Using the Platform if you are a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2.

11.1 All content on the Betsson Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and compiled data — is the proprietary property of Betsson or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform;
• Use any Betsson trademark, service mark, or brand name without prior written authorisation.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of Betsson's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under Malaysian law.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betsson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

12.2 Betsson does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Betsson makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content, odds, or game result displayed on the Platform.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit Betsson's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.1 Betsson reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under Section 14;
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.

13.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, the balance may be frozen indefinitely pending referral to relevant authorities.

13.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

14.1 Betsson is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals of your choosing during extended play sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the elected duration.

15.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

15.3 Betsson implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

15.4 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

16.1 Betsson reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify active account holders by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

16.2 The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.3 prior to the effective date of the change.

17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 to 10 business days of receipt.

17.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Company's registered jurisdiction.

17.4 The English language version of these Terms shall be the definitive version for all purposes. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience only.
